THEE Million Layer Potatoes

The crunch, the flavor, the texture – all 10/10 with these potatoes! Incredibly easy with just two ingredients: Russet potatoes and oil.

You will need a mandolin to slice them because I have yet to meet anyone that can consistently cut the same size slice of potatoes over and over again. If you can, I’d love to meet you! Haha.

Enjoy this recipe and have fun with the seasonings! It’s for sure a second-glance side with any meal.
