Bread Ideas for AM/PM

If you don’t like bread, I don’t trust you. Just kidding…no, but seriously. Bread is a cornerstone of daily life across countless cultures. The French have their baguettes. The Chinese have their flatbread. Mexicans enjoy their tortillas. The list goes on and on.

No matter how you enjoy your bread, I wanted to show a couple different ways you can enjoy it. Whether for breakfast or dinner, these options will have you wanting a second slice!
If you have other ideas for how you enjoy your bread, please let me know in the comments below! I am always looking for new ideas and ways to spice up a meal.
Avocado Toast
- Sourdough bread
- Ripe avocado
- Lemon juice
- Burrata Cheese
- Microgreens
- Tomato
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
Slice and toast your sourdough bread.
Mash your avocado in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix a little further.
Lather spread onto toasted sourdough bread, add burrata cheese on top, small handful of micro greens, slice or two of tomato and top with salt & pepper. You’re ready to enjoy!
Goat Cheese, Honey & Hazelnut Bread
- Sourdough bread
- Goat cheese
- Milk of choice
- Unflavored honey
- Roasted hazelnuts
- Microgreens
Toast slices of sourdough bread.
Mix goat cheese and about a 1 1/2 tablespoon of milk together, to create a creamy texture. Spread onto toasted bread. Drizzle honey, add roasted hazelnuts along with micro greens. Enjoy as an appetizer or with a meal! This would be great as an appetizer to chicken piccata.
